Nobody learns the same way, so I don't teach everyone the same way.
Whatever your musical goal on flute or piano is, I can help you achieve it, whether working towards an exam or just learning a piece of music because you like it.
I have experience teaching piano and flute to students of all ages and abilities. I have developed a way of teaching that is relaxed. I teach according to the needs of the student. For more information on what to expect in my lessons, please see my blog on the subject.
My lessons take place in your home. I offer online lessons, or if you live in Milton Keynes, I can come to you for an in-person lesson, should your wish. Please see the map below to see the areas I serve.

I do enter students into exams if they want to do that. Still, I try to avoid doing an exam yearly because I don't believe this gives students an excellent musical education. I only enrol students on an exam if they're going to do well and they want to do it. However, there is so much more to playing an instrument and being a musician than passing exams. Do you want to learn an instrument but struggle to fit your lessons into your busy schedule?
I offer a mixture of 1:1 lessons in your own home, in-person or online, plus opportunities to receive feedback through videos.
For £60 a month, you get one 30 minute 1:1 flute or piano lesson.
Plus, you can check in with me on your progress in between your lessons through videos, once a week, throughout the month.
For £100 a month, you get one 60 minute 1:1 flute or piano lesson.
